Fees The permit fee will be assessed based on the submitted contractor bid for the project or a minimum of$100.00. A plan review fee will be calculated at 65% of the permit fee and is due upon submittal of permit application. Contractor's Affidavit ip I certify that I am a currently registered contractor in the State of Washington. I am aware of the ordinance requirements regulating the work for which the permit is issued and certify that all work will be in compliance with this ordinance.
