SPECIFICATIONS
w • Approved artwork is needed before work to be performed.
LU • Access in front of wall must be available at time of installation.
• All work to be performed during normal working hrs.
• Letters to be mounted on an exterior side of wall.Electrical system to be contained in a transformer box w/flex crossovers on interior of wall.
• Through wall installation is assumed to be on normal stucco,wood or soft brick.If unique circumstances inside the wall are discovered by
the installer,the buyer if available,will be notified and the buyer shall be charged for special labor on a time spent basis.
• Sign will be connected to an approved electrical sign circuit of adequate capacity,if available at the time of installation and within 6 feet of
display location.In any event,installation shall be considered complete at the time the sign is tested.
• All maintenance to existing signs shall be on a time and materials basis as required.
• All dimensions are close approximations and may vary due to existing conditions at job site and city requirem
