Road Approach Request
Application No. M90-30
Mr. Dick:
We have received your request for a road approach permit to serve a drive in
restaurant at the above-referenced location.
We are prepared to grant a permit for a single commercial approach,
however we must first review any proposed commercial development
through Mason County.
When plans for a development such as yours are submitted to the
County, we are sent a copy of the plans along with a request for our
comments on factors such as road approaches and drainage concerns
which may affect the State's transportation sysem. At that time, we
provide them with our recommendations and requirements for the specific
project.
When a development review for ,your proposal has been completed
through the County, we will proceed with your request for a road
approach permit.
We will hold your application in abeyance until you have submitted your
plans to the County and the joint review has been accomplished.
