The- inspection reyealed that the following features• of your lot
Found gravelly loam to hardpan at 30 inches-
-The' Mason County Sanitary Code provides for special systems to be designed
for sites which 'have. less than four feet, but not less than two feet of
por'meable soil.
�Special .systems may be designed by a Professional Engineer, Registered An
. itsrjan, or desigeter licensed by Mason County. This requirement can be
waived for single family residences if a 3e3ign is submitted by the property
owpgr or g system installer licensed by Mason County who will also install '
'ths;ssystem, The forms are enclosed to expedite further consideration.
Thia'lettei is not a guarantee that the lot will receive approval- to install
. -a 'syst4m.- It is notification only that the features noted during the site*'
inspection' would require a special design. When a special design is submitted
qnd .approved, the application will be approved 'and the system may be installed
