Your building permit cannot be approved by Mason County Environmental Health until
the following are completed and turned in:
Report within the last three years from either a septic tank pumper or an Operation
and Maintenance Specialist.
Copy of a recorded Certificate of Residential Use for bedrooms. (sign and
notarize the enclosed form. Please record the form at the Auditors office and send
a us a copy of the recording.

Mason County Auditors office. Fee for recording is $32.00. (see
attached).
Still need an Maintenance report for septic system.
