WHEN YOU ARE READY TO SUBMIT YOUR PLANS IT WILL BE REQUIRED
THAT YOU PROVIDE #4 COMPLETE SETS. ALL SETS SHALL INCLUDE
CONSTRUCTION PLANS, MECHANICAL PLANS, PLUMBING PLANS AND NREC
INFORMATION. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. AT THE TIME OF
SUBMITTAL THERE WILL BE A PLAN REVIEW FEE REQUIRED, THIS FEE WILL
BE 650-. OF THE PERMIT FEE. FEES WILL BE DETERMINED FROM 1997 UBC,
TABLE 1-A.
PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL THE APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT ME AT THE ABOVE
MENTIONED PHONE AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A TIME TO MEET AND SUBMIT
THE DOCUMENTS. UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE THE SUBMITTAL
WILL BE DENIED.
