Dear Mr. Johnson;
This letter is in response to your Initial Review Questionnaire
(IRQ) . You are proposing to construct a car wash on your property
at 23381 NE HWY 3 . According to the Mason County Comprehensive
Plan your proposal is located in a portion of the county that has
been designated as the Belfair Urban Growth Area (UGA) . According
to the Mason County Land Use Matrix (Development Regulations
figure 1. 03 . 020) what you are proposing is considered a
conforming use.
I understand that you have already scheduled a Pre-Submission
Conference for his project . At that meeting representatives of
the various county departments will have an opportunity to
explain their regulations to you. After the meeting applicants
may submit their permit application. If you have further
questions please call me at extension 270 .
