Attached please find a copy of an executed Operation and Maintenance
covenant covering the proposed stormwater facilities associated with the
proposed ACE Paving/McDonalds' site in Belfair Washington.
To my knowledge, this is the last issue before Public Works concerning
this proposal.
The proponent should be required to inform the Public Works Department
of when erosion & sediment control measures are in place and ready for Public
Works inspection and acceptance.
