Per our conversation today I have enclosed a copy of the Development Regulations, Ordinance
No. 82-96 and Mason County Code Title 16, Plats and Subdivisions. An invoice has also been
enclosed for these documents.

I have enclosed the following items to assist you in completing the application process for the
commercial subdivision proposal in Belfair:
1. Department of Environmental Health Application for Land Use Evaluation
2. Mason County Environmental Checklist
3. Title 16, Plats and Subdivision Code
4. Amendments to Title 16.
In addition, the planning and engineering review fees for the subdivision.application are as
follows:
Planning Fees
Subdivision Pre-Plat $595
SEPA Checklist $110
Public Works
Engineering Fees $125 plus $15/lot
Environmental Health
You will need to contact the Department of Environmental Health in order to determine
what fees they will require.
Separate checks are required for planning fees, engineering fees, and environmental health fees,
and must be made out to the Mason County Treasurer. Please note on the check which
department is to receive the fees.
