The records seem to indicate that the inspector, Larry Waters, required testing results and the special inspectors confirmation that the tower as well as the foundation met the requirements of the associated engineering. Apparently there was a miscommunication as to what was required as this office only received the concrete foundation approval and nothing related to the tower itself. Once the tower information is received, our office can issue the final on the building permit and close out this file. Since the permit is over 180 days since the last inspection it is considered to be expired however if you will f arrange for the necessary information to be submitted and call for the final inspection prior to December 17, 1995 we will honor the permit. If the information needed is not submitted prior to December 17, 1995, we will mark the permit null and void and close the file.
