indicated work within the State's right-of-way.

This executed permit should be kept with your permanent property or project records.
Please be aware that per provisions 1 and 2 of Exhibit"A" - "Special Provisions for Highway
Encroachments", a preconstruction conference with the State's representative is required
prior to the beginning of any construction. No work, within State right-of-way, is authorized
until this conference has been completed.Please contact the identified representative's office
and arrange for the conference.
