I have reviewed the revised stormwater calculations for the proposed AM/PM
Convenience Store in Belfair and have no objection to the proposal submitted
by BOVAY NORTHWEST, INC.
The Public Works Department does not maintain anything off of our right-of-way
so an Operation and Maintenance Program should be created for the stormwater
facilities and made part of the plan/proposal .
