NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pUr3UdDt to RCN 47.28.010o the Lynch Road, County
Road Number 15500, lying within Section lU° Township 19 North, Range 3 West, W. M. °

shall be closed to all through traffic at Mile Post 2.0 for three CODSeCUtfVe days.
The closure will be in effect between 9:00 A.M. , Monday, September I0 ° 1985,
and 3:00 P.M. , Wednesday, September I8 , 1985.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners has declared the
dh0V8 described road closure O public D2Ce3sftv to facilitate the installation Of
one /T\ six foot arch culvert in the location of the existing six foot culvert; and
that the unrestricted use Of said road during the planned C0n3trQCtf0n is considered
dangerous to the traveling public.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law.
