Hello Amber,
I'd like to follow-up on this.Are we still required to submit SI Form separately for Retaining Wall?
Also, here's the breakdown of contractor bid:
Foundation Repair: $40,000
Retaining Wall Repair: $69,297
Total: $109,297.00

I spoke with the Contractor's Rep on this one (Carley at Ram Jack West) and she said that she would like
to use the same Special Inspection form for both projects and that if there is a separate inspection that
is needed outside of the Piles Inspection, we would need you to specify exactly which one(s) are
required. Could you help point us in the right direction here?

The retaining wall and the residence foundation stabilization will have to be 2 separate permits. The retaining
wall is going to require a special inspection agreement too. Please send me a new special inspection form for
the retaining wall. I will also need the contractor bid broken down between the 2 projects.
