W.11. in Mason County TIME LIMITATIONS. ❑5 THIS PROJECT MAY BEGIN P�March D BE COMPLETED BY: February1 1982 1 1982 THIS APPROVAL IS TO BE AVAILABLE ON THE JOB SITE AT ALL TIMES AND ITS PROVISIONS FOLLOWED BY THE PERMITTEE AND OPERATOR PERFORMING THE WORK. The person(s) to whom this approval is issued may be held liable for any loss of or damage to fish life or habitat which results from failure to comply with the provisions or intent of this approval. Failure to comply with the provisions of this approval is a gross misde- meanor punishable by fine and/or imprisonment. The Departments of Fisheries and Game reserve the right to make additional restrictions or conditions or revoke the approval if deemed necessary by the departments for the protection of fish life. These departments cannot be held liable for any property damage which might occur as a result of this project. This approval pertains only to the provisions of the Fisheries and Game Codes. Additional authorization from other public agencies may be necessary for this project. 1. All work s�,all be done by hand. 2. Wherever physically possible (i .e. , not constrained by asphalt or building foundations the retaining wall shall be built out of the ordinary high water mark of the stream and behind the existing rubble bank protection. 3. The wall shall be started at site "A" as shown on the attached sketch and as discussed on-site on January 29, 1982 and shall proceed downstream to site "C". At site "B" the wall shall be built across the point and behind the stump. 4. The stump at site "B" shall be removed. 5. No fresh concrete shall enter the stream. , 6. The broken concrete rubble shall be removed from the stream after the wall has been constructed. 7. During construction, sediment shall not be allowed to enter the stream. 8. All disturbed banklines shall be grass-seeded during late March for erosion control .
