Location: 6520 E. State Route 106 in Union at approximately mile marker 6.5. Proponent: Blue Heron Condominium Association Dear Mrs.Bennett-Cumming, It has been detennined that the above routine maintenance will not have any negative environmental impacts to the Skokomish Tribe or their resources. As such we agree with your detennination for exemption from the Shoreline Management Act. However, the Skokomish Tribes Tribal Historic Preservation Officer will be providing comment as to the potential cultural impacts of this Shoreline Exemption and you should not move forward with the above project until you receive those comments.
