Over spaced in Harnma-Hamma meeting room to partial height wall. 5. Standard spray pendent heads blocked by light fixtures in several areas. 6.Painted standard spray pendent heads in closet where the salad bar used to be, 7. Loaded/painted heads in the kitchen. 8. Missing some heads in the kitchen hood. 9.No automatic sprinkler protection-closet in break room. 10, Standard spray pendent head in laundry by linen storage has a bent frame. 11.Concrete is poured tight to the riser. Second Floor 1.Trim ring/head guard is missing outside room*210 and inside#218. 2.Dent deflector on dry pendent head outside rooms 206, 209,214, and 221. Third Floor 1. Dry pendent head outside#310 is blocked by laundry chute. 2.Paint/drywall mud on fusible link on standard spray pendent head in#316. 3.Painted dry pendent head outside between#318 and#320. 4.Trim ring/head guard is missing in#321. All Floors 1. hots of dry sidewall heads have been replaced with dry pendent heads installed in horizontal position. 2. Exterior stairs built of combustible construction with no sprinkler protection.
