Hi Rhonda, This was a renewal of an expired design by another designer. I believe that the original design had the test holes and dra infield located incorrectly and that the dra infield location as installed was actually in the original test hole area. Parcel 32123-11-50020 for David Stebor at 211 E Duramen Trail. I got the complete asbuilt and am measuring the drainfield got installed over 100ft away from where the test holes were originally dug.... Is there any explanation here?The new design was already cutting it pretty close for conventional pressure 24"vertical separation with 6-8" excavation.Wendy Jonas in 2017 found 32" of vertical separation so there was really no wiggle room here. 100+ft is a huge distance from where the drainfield should have been installed.We will require new test holes to be dug around the newly installed system to verify soil depths. I would also guess that you connected that fourth lateral to the system but the record drawing doesn't show it. Attached are my measurements with a calibration to property lines in Bluebeam. Additional inspection fees/revision fees may apply.
