Martin Luther King DayRESOLUTION NO 10 —88 MARTIN LVTHER KING DAY WHEREAS, on April 22, 1885, the Washington State Legislature passed House bill No. 222, an "Act Relating to Legal Holidays"; WHEREAS, the employees represented by Unions have negotiated Martin Luther King Day, the third Monday of January, as a paid ho|iday ` NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the third Monday of January be no|obratod as thn anniveroary of 1ho hirth of Martin Luthor King, Jr' and shall he a paid holiday for all Mason County employees.
