Emergency Appropriation District Court FundRESOLUTION NO. 120-89 EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1989, it is necessary to make provision for an emergency appropriation to the Current Expense budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, to meet an outstanding obligation in the District Court fund for operating supplies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Mason County Commissioners will hold a public hearing in their chambers, Mason County Courthouse Building I, 411 North Fifth street, Shelton, Washington on Tuesday, January 9, 1990, at the hour of 9:15 a.m. to consider an emergency appropriation to the District Court fund in the estimated amount of $5,500 for the above mentioned purpose. The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law. PASSED this 19th day of December, 1989.
