EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
CONVENTION CENTER
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at
the time of making the budget for the year 1989, it is necessary to make provision
for emergency appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet an
outstanding obligation in the Convention Center for the following:
,000 - Capitol Improvements
$7,500 - Utilities
V7,500 - Maintenance
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County
Corm ssi oners will hold a public hearing in their chambers, Mason County
Courthouse Building I, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington on Tuesday,
December 12, 1989, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. to consider an emergency appropriation
to the special revenue fund - Convention Center budget in the estimated amount of
$20,000 for the above mentioned purposes.
