Supplemental Budget - Probation ServicesRESOLUTION NO. 79-89 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1989, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the Current Expense budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to a grant from Washington Traffic Safety Commission in the amount of $3,360.00; for a Traffic Safety Program; and from Washington State Division of Juvenile Rehabilitation $6,693.00; for a Consolidated Juvenile Services Program. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners: THAT the 3rd day of October, 1989, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., at the Commission Chambers, Courthouse Building I, Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the Current Expense budget for the Probation Services Fund, in the estimated amount of $10,053.00, for the above mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
