Supplemental Appropriation Community MobilizationRESOLUTION NO. 16-90 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1990, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the Current Expense budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to a grant from the Department of Community Development for educational programs on Drug and Alcohol Abuse and Prevention. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Mason County Commissioners: That the 27th day of February, at the hour of 10:45 a.m., the Board of Mason Commissioners, at Courthouse Building I, Shelton, Washington, will hold a public hearing upon the matter of a supplemental appropriation to establish a new budget within Current Expense for Programs of COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION under the direction of the Cooperative Extension office, in the amount of $33,750, for the purpose of conducting educational programs against substance abuse. The Clerk of the Board is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law. PASSED THIS 6th day of February, 1990.
