SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of
making the budget for the year 1991, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to grants from Washington
State Department of Ecology (Centennial Clean Water Fund) for upgrading secondary
treatment for wastewater facility at Harstene Point.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 10th day of September, 1991 at the hour of 9:30 a.m., the Board of Mason
Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental
appropriation to the budget for the Harstene Island Secondary Treatment Improvement
fund, in the estimated amount of$1,387,126.00, for the above-mentioned purposes, and the
Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice
of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
PASSED this 27th day of August, 1991.
