COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO.: 1390
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 41640 known locally as the Skokomish Valley
Road, and more specifically located in Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 4 West, W.M.
M.P. 0.00 to M.P. work defined as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II.63, at seq, is determined to be
necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified as# 3 on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program.
The installation of illumination at intersection of SR 101 and #416401#41780, as per Agreement GC 9391
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to:
participate in the relocation of an illumination system being accomplished on a State Department of Transportation project under Local
Agency Participation Agreement Number GC 9391 executed on November 10, 1991.
and that said work is to be performed by contract in accordance with the Washington State
(day laboricontract)
Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of
said project are herewith set out as follows:
State Engineering $ 2,500.00
Right-of-Way $ -
State Road Construction $ 16,246.08
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road Engineer is
HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
