HomeMy WebLinkAbout59-92 - Res. 1992 Budget Emergency Appropriation Notice of Hearing RESOLUTION NO. 59-92 1992 BUDGET EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1992, it is necessary to make provision for emergency appropriations(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, to meet an outstanding obligation of Environmental Health for an Environmental Health Technician, necessary vehicle and supplies; and an outstanding obligation of Personal Health Nursing for staffing needs. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners: That the 30th day of June, 1992, at the hour of 9:45 a.m., the Board of Mason County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be and the same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the emergency appropriation(s) to the budgets for the Environmental Health Fund in the estimated amount of $27,000.00 and the Personal Health/Nursing Fund in the estimated amount of $6,900.00, for the above-mentioned purposes. The Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law. PASSED this 9tb day of June, 1992.
