Order Emergency Appropriation Notice of Hearing ORDER IN THE MATTER OF: EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF ]HEARING: RESOLUTION NO. 111-93 DATED AND PASSED: NOVEMBER 2, 1993 FOR EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION OF $118,820.00 FOR THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND. WHEREAS, this emergency appropriation is necessary to meet an outstanding obligation of the Sheriff's Department and the Board of Equalization for 1993 wage and benefit increases in the Sheriffs Department and an unanticipated number of Board of Equalization hearings. WHEREAS, a notice was published and public hearing was held in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 and with Resolution 111-93 (see Attachment B which is incorporated as part of this order.) THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS hereby approves the emergency appropriation in the amount of $118,820 for the Current Expense Fund to be expended as follows: SEE ATTACHMENT A DATED THIS 16th day of November, 1993. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners: That the 16th day of November, 1993 at the hour of 7:15 p.m., the Board of Mason County Commissioners at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be and the same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the emergency appropriation(s) to the budgets for the Current Expense Fund, in the estimated amount of $118,820 ($115,200 for the Sheriffs Department and $3,620 for the Board of Equalization). The Clerk of the Board be and hereby is authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law. PASSED this 2nd day of November, 1993.
