Approval of Action Agenda Items listed under “Action Agenda” may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered a separate item. 8.1 Approval of Warrants and Treasurer Electronic Remittances Claims Clearing Fund Warrant # 8098362-8098689 $1,836,793.84 Direct Deposit Fund Warrant # 98831-99238 $ 816,715.05 Salary Clearing Fund Warrant # 7007535-7007571 $1,087,454.22 Treasurer Electronic Remittance $ 410,073.38 8.2 Approval to renew the On-Site Park Host contracts with Lara Nelson at Foothills Park, Robert Chavis at Walker Park, and Anthony Mullen at Oakland Bay Historical Park for an additional three years expiring December 31, 2026. 8.3 Approval of the On-Site Park Host contract with Scott and Kris Hewitt for Sandhill Park for a term from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026. 8.4 Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Mason County Historical Society for cargo unit storage for an additional two years expiring December 31, 2025. 8.5 Approval of the Interlocal Agreement with Mary M. Knight School District authorizing Public Works to provide reimbursable work, supplies, and/or services to the School District. 8.6 Approval to close Beeville Loop Road at milepost 5.19, Dry Bed Creek, from September 21, 2023 until further notice. 8.7 Approval of the Resolution authorizing Mason County to enter into a sole-source purchase agreement with Corrections Technology Group (CTG) to replace and upgrade the Jail’s camera and video system. 8.8 Approval of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Shelton for an Opioid Abatement Council Independent Subcommittee. 8.9 Approval of the amendment for Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) to reallocate $97,338 to Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS). 8.10 Approval of the FY-24 Emergency Housing Fund subcontracts with Shelton Family Center for $288,410 and Crossroads Housing for $398,969. 8.11 Approval of the contract with the Department of Ecology for Local Solid Waste Financial Agreement (LSWFA) funding in the amount of $175,893.33. 8.12 Approval to set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. to consider the 2024 Annual Construction Program and 6-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). 8.13 Approval of the letter of support for the Mason County Recompete Act Coalition. 8.14 Approval to place the Call for Bids for ground preparation, installation of playground equipment, and safety mat at Sandhill Park. 9. Continue the Public Hearing to Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. to review and consider the submitted responses to the Request for Proposals (RFP) and potentially take action to award the contract. b.
