HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-94 - Res. 1994 Budget Supplemental Appropriation Budget Notice of Hearing RESOLUTION NO. a' � - 1994 BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1994, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100, due to a Department of Community Trade and Economic Development grant. These funds are provided to communities to reduce the incidence of substance abuse in youth and families. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners: That the 27th day of September, 1994 at the hour of 10:15 a.m., the Board of Mason County Commissioners at Courthouse Building O, Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget for Community Mobilization Against Substance Abuse/Cooperative Extension Department, in the estimated amount of $27,700.00, and the Probation Services Department in the estimated amount of$11,640.00 for the above- mentioned purposes. The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of hearing to be published as provided by law. Approved this 6th day of September, 1994.
