RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, December 19, 1995, in conformance with RCW 36.81.010, the
Board of County Commissioners entered upon their minutes a motion declaring their intent to
establish the roads within the plat of Lynch Cove Heights, as county maintained roads; Kathy's
Drive - 0.10 miles long and Lennie's Loop 0.15 miles long. The Plat of Lynch Cove Heights
is on the northerly side of Matthew Drive approximately 0.3 miles west of Larson Lake Road.
All in the SE 1/4, of Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 2 West W.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed county roads are a public
necessity, and that the County Engineer be directed to report thereon, and the Clerk of the Board
shall fix a time and place for hearing the report as required by statute, and that the Prosecuting
Attorney be requested to review and give approval to the steps herein ordered.
