No. 139-92 Setting Salary for Court Commissioners Appointed by the Judges of Sup Ct RESOLUTION NO. � Amnds Resolution No. 139-92 A RESOLUTION setting the salary for Court Commissioners Appointed by the Judges of Superior Court. WHEREAS, RCW 2.24.030 designates that the Board of Mason County Commissioners shall set the salary for the Court Commissioners appointed by the judges of the Superior Court; WHEREAS, The Board of Mason County Commissioners has heard testimony by James B.Sawyer II, Judge, that the salary of$40.00 per hour was set by the Board in 1992 and should be increased to $50.00 per hour; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salary for Mason County Superior Court Commissioners shall be increased from $40.00 per hour to $50.00 per hour effective March 1, 1995.
