1996 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1996,it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriation(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet an outstanding
obligation of the Superior Court for trial costs and Judges' benefits and for Board of
Equalization for the Board per them expense.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:
That the 17th day of December, 1996 at the hour of 7:10 p.m., in the =C=@t1ti*y

The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law.
