1997 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION-NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reasons of conditions which Could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the
budget for the year 1997,it is necessary to make provision for emergency appropriations to the budget as required
by RCW 36.40.140,to meet an Outstanding obligation of the Current Expense Fund for 1997 AFSCME and
appraisers wage and benefit settlements.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Beard Of County Commissioners:
That the 4th day of November,1997 at the hour of 9:05 a.m.,in the County Commission Chambers,
Courthouse,Building 1,411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the einciLyeticy appropriations to the budget for Current Expense,
iii the estimated amount of$79,003 for the above-mentioned purposes.
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered,and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be
published as provided by law.
