DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT'S AGENT WHERE4S, the Mason County Board of Commissioners by Resolution No. 22-97 declared a state of emergency. WHEREAS, Mason County is included in the Presidential Declaration of major disaster for the state of Washington. WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Emergency Services is charged with the responsibility for coordinating the overall response and recovery operations pertaining to a disaster. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that Joseph W. Murray, Director, Department of Emergency Services is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of Mason County, a public agency established under the laws of the state ofWashington. The purpose of this designation ieto be the authorized representative for obtaining federal and/or emergency or disaster assistance funds. DATED this 27th day ofMay, 1997. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners: That the 20th day of ,May, 1997 at the hour of 10:25 a.m. in the ,Mason County Commission Chambers, at Courthouse Building 1, 411 North ' Fifth 'Street, ,Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the hatter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget for Child Support Enforcement in the estimated amount of $45,228 for the above mentioned purposes. The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law. DATED this 6th day of May, 1997.
