The Assessor's Representative considered the median price of seven comparable sales. The Board accepted the revised value in the assessment roll correction provided by the Assessor. Therefore, the Board sets the value for the land at $347,800 and improvements at $1,082,400 for a total of $1,430,200 for the subject parcel.
