The hearing was held on Thursday, March 9, 2023, and continued to March 14, 2023.
Stephen Family Trust, Appellant, was represented by Darrell Stephen at the hearing. IdaMae Jensen,
Assessor's Representative, was present.
The Assessor's Representative considered the median price of seven comparable sales.
The Board accepted the revised value in the assessment roll correction provided by the Assessor.
Therefore, the Board sets the value for the land at $347,800 and improvements at $1,082,400 for a total of
$1,430,200 for the subject parcel.
