AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 202-009 REVISE THE NON-REPRESENTED SALARY
RANGE TABLE TO UPDATE CLASSIFICATION TITLES AND RANGES.
WHEREAS RCW 36.16.070 states... The Board shall fix the compensation of all
employees...;
WHEREAS the Board approved a classification and compensation study of the
County's non-represented employees.
WHEREAS the findings of the study indicate needs for classification re-titling for the
following positions:
Senior Deputy Coroner to Deputy Coroner
Clerk of the Board/Records Specialist to Clerk of the Board
Risk & Safety Compliance Manager to Risk Manager
Program Manger I to Solid Waste Manager
Administrative Manager to Prosecuting Attorney Administrative Manager
WHEREAS the findings of the study indicate needs for changes of 2.5% between Steps
9 and 10:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners does
hereby revise the Non-Represented Salary Scale Range Alignment approving the above
classification retitling and changing to 2.5% between Steps 9 and 10.
