" TVIIEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health Financial Viability Manual requires the Mason County Hartstene 1-loWte Water System to establish a water system comprehensive plan and , as part of tliai phun , a reserve fund to cover the costs of an emergency or failure of Hartstene Pointc ' s most vulnerable system components ; NOW THEREFORE, the Mason County Board of County Commissioners does hereby establish the Hartstene Pointe Water System Reserve Fund 126 - 000 - 000 for the purpose of financing unforeseen and unanticipated expenses associated with the operation All inter;at income earned by this fund shall be of the Hartstene Pointe Water System . used for the benefit of the fiend . IT IS FURTHER ESTABLISHED Tf[AT the Director of Community Development will administer this fiord and pay proper expenses from this fund as approved by the Mason County Board of County Commissioners .
