This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held virtually via the Zoom platform on Thursday, June 17, 2021.
David Linth, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. IdaMae Jensen and Vickie King, Assessor's
Representatives, were present.
The Assessor's Representative testified that she met with the Appellant on May 24, 2021. At that time, the
subject parcel's front footage was measured at 77 feet and that value was corrected in the County records.
Also noted at that visit, the home's quality of good was reduced to average. Also, the condition needed to
be reduced from good to average/good and a 4% depreciation factor was applied. These changes in values
were noted and a manifest error correction was made.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $142,465 and improvements at $263,525 for a total of
$405,990 for the subject parcel.

The Assessor's Representative testified that at the time of segregating the tidelands from the parcel there
was an error in the front feet. A manifest error correction was made in the measurement
from 100 front feet to 77 front feet.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at$16,785 and improvements at $0 for a total of
$16,785 for the subject parcel.
