David Linth, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. IdaMae Jensen and Vickie King, Assessor's Representatives, were present. The Assessor's Representative testified that she met with the Appellant on May 24, 2021. At that time, the subject parcel's front footage was measured at 77 feet and that value was corrected in the County records. Also noted at that visit, the home's quality of good was reduced to average. Also, the condition needed to be reduced from good to average/good and a 4% depreciation factor was applied. These changes in values were noted and a manifest error correction was made. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $142,465 and improvements at $263,525 for a total of $405,990 for the subject parcel.
