accreditation process that was just completed it was noted that the
personnel files would need to be handled differently than they are
currently being done. It is essential to maintain the accreditation
component by keeping separate personnel, medical and training files.
This new position would be required to set up the new filing system,

The job description would need a sentence added to it that includes
language such as; Prepares, tracks, documents files and audits

The funding for the CS® position is slightly lower than the pay for the
Financial Assistant position. There is money in the budget for it but it
doesn't account for the additional pay needed, which will need to be
approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
