point having the Washington South Lambert Grid co-ordinate of y = 799,796.813, ~
x = 1,319,921.739; thence S 63006'09" W 9,498.34' to a point having the Washington South
Lambert Grid co-ordinate y = 795,499.799, x = 1,311,450.953; thence S 32044'54" W 131.47';
thence N 72055'43" W 410' to the loP.; thence N 72055'43" W 320.67'; thence N 25039'36" W
