centerline of Spring Avenue to the westerly line of an existing county road; thence
southerly along said westerly line of road to a point N 88038'33" E. from the point
of beginning; thence S 88038'33" W to the point of beginning; TOGETHER with and
subject to an easement for ingress, egress and utilities over a strip of land 12
feet wide, 6 feet on each side of the west line of the above described property.

more or less, to the Wly margin of existing county road; thence Sly 156', more or less,
along said road margin to a point which bears N 88038'33" E from I.P.; thence
S 88038'33" W 143', more or less, to loP.
