Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of pickering County Road with the west
line of that certain tract as conveyed to William J. McNally and wife by deed recorded May
17, 1967, under Auditor;s File #226153; thence Northwesterly along the Southerly line of said
County Road to the intersection of a line that is parallel with and 100 feet Northwesterly of
the West line of said McNally tract and the troe point of beginning; thence Southwesterly
along said parallel line 220 feet, more or less, to the line of mrdinary high water of
Spencer Lake; Thence Southeasterly along the shoreline of Spencer Lake to a point which is
50 feet Northwesterly, when measured at right angles, from the West line of said McNally
tract; thence Northerly, in a straight line, 240 feet, more or less, to the troe point of
