Township twenty-two (22) North, Range one (1) West, of the Wil1arnette
Meridian, Mason County, Washington, described as follows: All that
portion of the East 50' of the West 100 feet of the East 1200 feet of
said Government Lot 1, measured along the South line of County Road and
the South line of a 20 foot reserved roadway running from said County
road West to the West line of said Government Lot 1, which lies South
of said County Road and said 20 foot roadway as the same are now located;
said land being known as the East ha1d (Et) of tract 12, of the unrecorded
plat of Olympic Shore, according to the survey and blueprint thereof.
TOGETHER with tidelands of the second class, situated in front of, adjacent
to or abutting upon the above described uplands.
