8. Approval of Action Agenda: All items listed under the"Action Agenda" may be enacted
by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the
Action Agenda and considered as a separate item.
8.1 Approval of the resolution updating the cash/fund balance reserve policy for
cash basis financial reporting.

8.3 Approval to appoint Jerry W. Hauth as the acting County Engineer for Mason
County for a period not to exceed six months beginning July 16, 2018.
8.4 Approval to surplus 39 old recycle boxes located at Eells Hill Transfer Station
through a County call for bids process.
8.5 Approval of Amendment No. 1 to contract W2RLSFWA-1719-MaCoPH-00059
between the State of Washington Department of Ecology and Mason County

Development Strategy (CEDS) project list to add Mason County Fiberhoods -
Rural Broadband Fiber Network Project. This project is submitted by Mason
County PUD 3.
